1. Introduction

LogGer ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, why we use it and how we protect it when using the LogGer Discord bot and related website.

2. What data we collect

When using LogGer we may process:

  • Discord identifiers: Guild ID, Channel ID, User ID – required for the Bot to function (e.g. sending logs to the correct channel)
  • Server settings: selected logging options, notifications channel – stored in our database
  • OAuth data: when logging in via Discord – email, avatar, username – used only for authentication and displaying servers you can configure

LogGer does not store message content, conversations or personal data beyond the necessary identifiers and settings.

3. Why we use the data

The data is used for:

  • Providing the logging service (sending logs to your chosen channel)
  • Saving your settings between sessions
  • Authentication when accessing the website and managing settings
  • Improving Bot stability and performance

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Data may only be accessible to the LogGer team for support and legal compliance. We may provide data to competent authorities when required by law.

5. Storage and deletion

We store data while the Bot is added to your server and while you have a website account. When the Bot is removed or the account is deleted, your data may be deleted within a reasonable time. You can request deletion via the Discord support server.

6. Security

We take measures to protect data (encryption, limited access). Discord and third-party providers (e.g. hosting) have their own security policies. We cannot guarantee absolute security when transmitting over the internet.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR and applicable laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us via the Discord support server.

8. Changes and premium features

We may update this policy. By continuing to use LogGer after changes, you accept the new version. The LogGer team reserves the right to restrict access to certain commands or features to premium subscribers in the future. You will be notified of such changes.
