By adding LogGer ("the Bot") to your Discord server or using our website, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot or our services.

2. Service description

LogGer is a Discord bot for logging server events. The bot records changes in channels, roles, messages, members and other events, and sends them to your chosen channel. The service is provided "as is" and the LogGer team does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

3. Free and premium use

LogGer can be used for free on your Discord servers. The LogGer team reserves the right to restrict access to certain commands or features to premium subscribers only in the future. You will be notified of such changes through official communication channels (website, Discord support server).

4. User obligations

When using LogGer you agree to:

• Not use the Bot for malicious purposes, harassment or harm to other users
• Not use commands or features to harm the Bot or its infrastructure
• Not copy, modify or distribute the Bot's source code to harm other servers or users
• Comply with Discord's rules and applicable laws
• Grant the Bot necessary permissions when adding to the server (Read Messages, Send Messages, Embed Links, Attach Files, Read Message History)

5. LogGer team rights

The LogGer team reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Bot for users or servers that violate these terms. We also reserve the right to modify, discontinue or update the service at any time.

6. Disclaimer

LogGer is provided "as is". The team is not liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot. Discord is a third-party service and we are not affiliated with Discord Inc.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service. By continuing to use the Bot after changes, you accept the new version. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

8. Website credits

The website is based on an online template. The author is currently unknown (the template is from some time ago). The template is not used for resale and is not claimed as LogGer's property. Upon recognition by the owner – we will add full credits immediately. The site has been customized, upgraded and connected to LogGer. /credits
